• All quotes provided are estimates based on the inspection conducted on-site. 

• A quote is valid for 30 days from the issue date.

• Service availability depends on location and scheduling.

3. Using Our Contact Form & Scheduling Estimates

• Customers may use the contact form on our website to request a consultation or service estimate.

• Submitting a contact form does not guarantee an appointment until confirmed by our team.

• Customers must provide accurate contact details (name, phone number, email, and service address).

• By submitting the form, the customer agrees to be contacted via phone, email, or text for scheduling and service-related communication.

• Estimates will be provided after an inspection is completed by our technician on-site. Estimates/quotes will be sent via phone, email, or in-person, depending on the nature of the service request.

4.Spam Protection & Response Time

• We use security measures to prevent spam and fraudulent inquiries. Suspicious or incomplete submissions may not receive a response.

• While we strive to respond promptly, response times may vary depending on workload and business hours.

• If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.

5. Payments & Deposits

• Full payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.

• Deposits may be required for certain services or custom orders.

• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, checks, Zelle and cash.

• Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

• A cancellation fee may apply if notice is not given within the required time.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

7. Warranty & Liability

• We offer a 1-year warranty on labor and parts, excluding damage caused by misuse or external factors.

• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or further damages caused after the repair.

• Customers must report any issues related to our services within 14 days after job completion.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the service area at the scheduled time.

• Remove obstacles that may prevent service completion.

• Pets and children should be kept away from the work area for safety reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

• Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• Customer information is collected solely for service-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

• We use appropriate security measures to protect customer data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber threats.

• Customers may request to have their personal information removed from our system by contacting us.
